Grainger is committed to gender equality and seeks to ensure that women are represented across the business, particularly in senior management positions. In 2010/11, the percentage of senior management positions filled by women increased slightly and has shown a steady increase over the last few years. We aim to bring our women in senior management representation more in line with the overall percentage of women in the business.
