Stakeholders

Grainger has identified its priority stakeholder groups by assessing which groups had the most impact on our business and which groups were impacted the most by our business. These groups are shown below:

Investors

Our investors are fundamental to the success and longevity of our business. As a public listed company, Grainger has a range of equity investors. We also manage one of the UK's largest residential investment funds on behalf of investors and ourselves.

We are committed to providing attractive investment returns, delivered with the highest ethical standards. We regularly engage with investors to understand their views on Grainger and how we can improve our communications.

Local Authorities

We rely on the support of local authorities and planning departments to be a successful developer. Grainger is committed to engaging in open dialogue with local authorities about our ideas and plans for developing spaces and to working collaboratively to achieve positive solutions.

We believe that social, economic and environmental value are mutually enhancing when creating new communities. This is central to the success of our relationships with local authorities and allows us to generate profit while being a responsible partner in the community.
