EPCs

We began reporting the percentage of EPCs in each rating category in 2009. This year’s percentages include all EPCs performed to date on Grainger properties, including homes that have been sold. EPCs are currently performed when required by law – for sale or let. Creating a database of energy performance information will enable us to protect revenue through a balanced strategy of refurbishment and policy engagement.
