Boiling Efficiency Rating

Last year we also began collecting information on the boiler efficiency of all the properties in our portfolio. When we routinely replace boilers, we do so wherever possible with top-rated efficiency boilers and as a result the boilers within our portfolio are now of a higher standard compared to last year. This will help reduce carbon emissions from our portfolio and reduce tenant bills.
